Seybourn Harris Lynne (1907-2000) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

Lynne was nominated by President Harry Truman on December 14, 1945, to a seat vacated by Thomas Murphree; he was confirmed by the Senate on December 20, 1945, and received commission on January 3, 1946. He served as chief judge from 1953 until he assumed senior status on January 9, 1973. He served until his death on September 10, 2000. Lynne was succeeded in this position by James Hancock.
