David Levi
David F. Levi (1951-present) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
Levi was nominated by President George H.W. Bush on August 3, 1990, to a seat vacated by Edward Price; he was confirmed by the Senate on September 28, 1990, and received commission on October 1, 1990. From 2003-2007, he served as the chief judge. He served the Eastern District of California until his resignation on June 30, 2007. Levi was succeeded in this position by John Mendez.
