David Gustafson is a federal judge on senior status with the United States Tax Court. He joined the court in 2008 after a nomination from President George W. Bush. He assumed senior status on November 1, 2022.[1][2]

Education

Gustafson earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from Bob Jones University in 1978 and his J.D. from the Duke University School of Law in 1981.[2]
