Mary Ellen Coster Williams
Mary Ellen Coster Williams is a federal judge on senior status for the United States Court of Federal Claims. She joined the court in 2003 after being nominated by President George W. Bush.[1] She assumed senior status on July 13, 2018.
Education
Williams graduated from Catholic University with a bachelor's degree in Latin and Greek in 1974. She also earned a Master's degree in Latin in the same year. Williams earned a J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 1977.[1]

Federal Claims
Williams was nominated to the United States Court of Federal Claims by President George W. Bush in July 2003. Williams was confirmed by the Senate on July 21, 2003, and immediately began her duty.[1] She assumed senior status on July 13, 2018.
