Royce Savage
Royce H. Savage (1904-present) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma.
Savage was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on September 24, 1940, to a seat vacated by Franklin Elmore Kennamer; he was confirmed by the Senate on September 27, 1940, and received commission on October 1. He served as chief judge from 1949 until his death on October 31, 1961.[1] Savage was succeeded in this position by Allen Barrow.
