Jack Roberts (1910-1988) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.

Roberts was nominated to the Western District of Texas by President Lyndon Johnson on June 28, 1966, to a seat vacated by William Thornberry; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 22, 1966, and received commission that same day. From 1979-1980, he served as the chief judge. He assumed senior status on May 1, 1980. He served the Western District of Texas until his death on February 27, 1988.[1] Roberts was succeeded in this position by James Nowlin.
