Arthur Mumford Smith (1903-1968) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Customs and Patent Appeals. Smith died on November 20, 1968.

Federal judicial service

Smith was nominated to the Court of Customs and Patent Appeals by President Dwight Eisenhower. He was commissioned on April 30, 1959, and served until his death on November 20, 1968.[1]
