United States Circuit Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky

The United States Circuit Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky was established on February 12, 1901, when Kentucky was divided into Eastern and Western judicial districts, with corresponding Eastern and Western circuit courts. It was abolished on March 3, 1911, with the rest of the circuit court system.[1]
