The Temporary Emergency Court of Appeals was created to hear federal district court appeals of cases involving the Economic Stabilization Act of 1974. It was created in 1971 and last until 1992. When the court was abolished, its jurisdiction was transferred to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.^[1]
