Stanley Nelson Barnes

Stanley Nelson Barnes (b. 1900, d. 1990) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Stanley Barnes was nominated by Dwight Eisenhower on March 15, 1956. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 20, 1956 and received his commission on March 21st. Barnes assumed senior status on October 31, 1970.[1]

Education

Barnes received his A.B. and J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1922 and 1925, respectively.[1]
