Harvey Johnsen
Harvey M. Johnsen (1895-1975) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.
He was nominated by President Franklin Roosevelt on October 1, 1940 to a seat created by 54 Stat. 219. He was confirmed by the Senate on October 7th, and received commission on October 14th. From 1959 to 1965, he was the Chief Judge. On August 1, 1965, he assumed senior status. He served in this capacity until his death on September 15, 1975.[1]
