Carl Weinman
Carl Andrew Weinman (1903-1979) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Weinman was nominated by Dwight Eisenhower on July 28, 1959, to a seat vacated by Lester Cecil; he was confirmed by the Senate on September 2, 1959, and received his commission on September 8, 1959. He served as chief judge from 1962-1973. He assumed senior status on March 1, 1973, and served in that capacity until his death on February 5, 1979.[1] Weinman was succeeded in this position by Robert Duncan.
