John Pratt
John Helm Pratt (1910-1995) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
Pratt was nominated by President Lyndon Johnson on April 11, 1968, to a seat vacated by Alexander Holtzoff; he was confirmed by the Senate on June 6, 1968, and received commission the next day. He assumed senior status on December 1, 1989, and served in that capacity until his death on August 11, 1995.[1]
